Homemade Green Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 banana, frozen and cubed into 1” chunks
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine apple, banana, spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, oats, applesauce, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Mix until completely smooth and pour into a tall glass. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and serve!
