1. Fish Pose

The fish pose is promoted to fight fatigue, sure to hook energy for the day! And you can ease into morning yoga stretches while remaining comfortably on your back. Especially if a beginner, move the pillow from underneath your head to your back for support.

2. Bridge Pose
